These Terms apply to the Knowson website and purchases of digital and print-on-demand products.

1. Digital products

After successful payment, you receive access to digital files (e.g., EPUB/PDF). You are responsible for device/software compatibility.

2. Refunds (digital)

Digital refunds are generally not available after access/delivery.

If you have a technical issue (broken link/file), we provide support and replacement access.

3. Print-on-demand (POD)

POD items are produced on demand.

Refunds/replacements are provided only for defective or incorrect items (e.g., print defect, wrong item, shipping damage). Evidence (e.g., photos) may be required.

4. Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in the selected currency.

Taxes may apply depending on location and are shown at checkout where applicable.

5. License and use

Digital products are for personal use unless stated otherwise. Redistribution/resale is not permitted.

6. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator (Switzerland).
